How to fix my BFW time to show the correct time instead of 1hr advanced?

I will show below what I mean..
in the screen :-

Administrative Configurations

Time Zone = MYT
Remote Time Server = my.pool.ntp.org
but my time is always 1 hour ahead of the local time
eg: as shown..
system Information
Kernel Version 2.4.32
Machine Pentium MMX 166.195
Current Date and Time Mon May 29 23:18:03 UTC 2006

but the correct time is:

Current Date and Time Mon May 29 22:18:03 UTC 2006

Pls refer to the following link:

I am in Taipei, Taiwan, Asia. My BrazilFw Timezone was set as "UCT-8", and it works correctly.
